RAT Industries LLC operates this informational website from Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This policy explains the information handled when you visit rat-industries.com. It covers the website, not future sensor products, aircraft telemetry, flight tests, or other services that may require separate notices.
Contact information is incomplete: A public privacy-request contact has not yet been published. This policy describes the website’s current data practices.
1. Information handled by the website
The website does not ask you to submit personal information. Its application has no inquiry forms, newsletter signup, accounts, checkout, uploads, analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded third-party media. It does not request your location, camera, or microphone.
Delivering a web page still involves technical information. Hosting, delivery, security, and access providers may process an IP address, browser or device details, the requested URL, request time, and security or diagnostic information. The public website does not require you to sign in. Our website application does not create a visitor database.
2. How information is used
Technical information supports website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, access control, and protection against misuse. The optional browser preference described below remembers that you have seen the privacy notice. We do not use information collected through this website for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or the sale of personal information.
3. Hosting and service providers
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information in providing their hosting, delivery, security, and access services. Their published information is available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Provider notices do not replace RAT Industries’ obligations for processing for which it is responsible.
The website has no advertising-network or data-broker integration. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by valid legal process. The company’s U.S. location does not mean that all provider processing occurs only in the United States.
4. Cookies, browser storage, and your choices
The website application sets no tracking cookies. If you select “Remember this notice,” it saves a notice version and expiry timestamp in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. The application does not send this preference to a server. “Close without saving” closes the notice for the current page visit without saving a preference.
Use Privacy settings in the footer and select Clear saved preference to remove that record. You can also use your browser’s site-data controls. Hosting and access providers may use their own delivery, authentication, or security technologies. These controls do not delete provider logs or turn off provider authentication. See Cookies & storage for the application inventory.
The application does not track visitors across third-party websites. Its absence of analytics and advertising tracking is the same whether or not a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Closing the notice does not authorize other uses of information or waive legal rights.
5. Retention and security
The application maintains no visitor-submission database. The notice preference is valid for 180 days and can be cleared sooner; after expiry it is ignored, although the browser may retain the record until it is cleared or replaced. Hosting and access-provider records are governed by their service retention settings and security or legal requirements. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for those records.
The deployed website uses HTTPS for data in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place sensitive, confidential, or emergency information in a website URL.
6. Privacy requests and contact
Applicable U.S. state law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, exercise certain opt-outs, or appeal a decision. Coverage and exceptions depend on the law, the business, and the information involved. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply by law. You can clear the local notice preference without contacting us.
Privacy request contact: A public company request channel has not yet been published. Contact information will be added here when available. This contact field remains incomplete.
7. Children
The website provides business and general company information and is not directed to children under 13. It has no feature inviting children to submit information.
8. Updates to this policy
We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. If we add forms, subscriptions, analytics, product data, or other collection, we will update the disclosures and provide any required notice, consent, or opt-out controls before introducing the new practice. A later policy edit is not retroactive consent to a new use of previously collected information.
